Welcome to random rides. A post that will not occur on a regular basis because lazy. Occasionally and randomly I run across cars that I think are interesting, cool, stupid, worthless, or WTH worthy. I'll share them with you and let you decide what category they fall into. This is the initial entry.

Man h1s are so cool. I don't understand why people don't like them besides the unobtainable price. Humvee portal axles, the ability to deflate tires from the drivers seat, a 600 lbft turbo diesel with 44 to 1 gearing in lock mode, and the fact that the drive line components go through the cabin and the immense width of the thing mean you'll never smash your diff or roll over. It also comes in a full on convertible canopy top! If I had one, I'd buy a cabin in the middle of nowhere that only this thing could get to, just to have an excuse to ford a river and climb over a mountain.

H1s/HMMVs are on a very, very short list of cars I must own one day. They are absolutely incredible machines and I'm utterly infatuated with them

They are cool, but I wouldn't want one. I simply couldn't afford the maintenance on it.
